We have cluster of large oyster shaped mushroom growing on a stump near our yard. It is yellow and orange on top but is now off white. Does this sound like an edibale mushroom?

Good morning,
I just came across your blog, I am very interested in growing my own mushrooms- for health reasons - breast cancer - I am in the research stage. We live in the Murphy area of NC. Do you dehydrate your surplus?
